In consideration of Manunda Hawks Australian Football Clubs suspension of its senior and reserve grade teams for the AFL Cairns competition in 2015, Manunda Hawks players wishing to play for another club in 2015 will be able to do so under the following provisions;
A Manunda Hawks player can play for one other AFL Cairns club in 2015 as a one point player on a Type 3 Permit – Temporary Transfer. This means that immediately following the 2015 AFL Cairns Grand Finals, the player will revert to being a Manunda Hawks player.

Manunda Hawks players will return to Manunda Hawks in 2016 as a one point player, no matter what their current (2014) point value was.

Manunda Hawks players wishing to stay at their 2015 club beyond that one season must apply for a Transfer from Manunda Hawks when 2016 transfers commence (usually 1 February). They will carry a six point player value as per the Player Points Rules of AFL Cairns.

Hawks Colts (U17.5) players remain as Cairns Hawks players in the Colts competition and in the AFL Cairns Juniors database. If a Colts eligible player wishes to play senior football in 2015, he can play for one other AFLC senior club on a Type 2 Permit – Local Interchange. Like players on a Type 3 Permit â€" Temporary Transfer, this means that immediately following the 2015 AFL Cairns Grand Finals, the player will revert to being a Cairns Hawks player.

Cairns Hawks Colts players not eligible for Colts in 2015 will be transferred to Manunda Hawks database, where they can then be permitted to one other Club on a Type 3 Permit â€" Temporary Transfer should they wish to play for another Club in 2015.

If not outlined above, rules will be applied as per the National Player Transfer Regulations, Player Points Rules of AFL Cairns and AFL Cairns Rules and Regulations.

It is emphasised that ONLY the Manunda Hawks AFC Senior and Reserve grade teams are suspended for 2015.
